As a user-centered designer, I take inspiration from our most human moments. For me, many of these come from the emotions experienced within sport. I’m goal-oriented on and off the track, and used to an everyday pursuit of improvement that makes work feel like play. Outside of design and sport, I absolutely love traveling. One of my most meaningful trips was when I visited my aunt’s design firm in India, as this experience radically changed my perspective on how creativity can be used across cultural contexts.

I am currently a rising junior at Cornell University, studying Human-Centered Design with a double minor in Business and Fashion Design, plus competing on the D1 track and field team.

Anything I do, I do all out. I love anything that falls under creativity, design, and sports, and I’ve never compromised on any of my passions (entering Cornell University’s Human-Centered Design program as the only student-athlete). My goal has always been to create designs that are rooted in thoughtful research and cultivate joy.

Lover of friendly dogs, good workouts, and design that makes you excited.

Hi, I’m Anika.
